Body Signal Monitoring

The monitoring of body signals is an important need in medicine. The body signal research team developed novel  disruptive and novel piezo-resistive strain gauge sensors (called SCMS with worldwide patent) with minimal fatigue and drift suitable for their use in respiration, pulse wave and eventually blood pressure monitoring. Their current aim is to develop a first clinically usable tool for the monitoring of respiration (diagnostics of obstructive sleep apnea), pulse wave and heart rate (sports) and eventually blood pressure.
