Educational level, clinical outcomes and quality of care in a Swiss cohort of patients with acute coronary syndromes

Although there is universal health coverage, disparities in acute coronary syndrome (ACS) care continue to exist. A recent study co-authored by Prof. Thomas F. Lüscher explores the association of educational levels with the quality of health care and and clinical outcomes. In Switzerland, differences in ACS care and outcomes persist across education levels, highlighting the importance of targeted interventions to address these inequities.
